Flat-stomach-Ripped-abs - INTRODUCTION

Living in Hawaii since 2003. What a better place to have a healthy and fun life. I would like to share all my experiences and knowledge with you so you can either use them for your own practice or just disregard them....or why not, share them with someone else.

When I say experiences I mean all the things I do here to enjoy this short life: surf, beach volley, hiking, exercise, chill while watching the sunset, be polite and kind, ….and party a little. When I say knowledge, I mean all the things that I do to try to keep healthy and in a good shape….it is all about having fun – everything else comes by itself.

I want to make clear the intentions of this blog and its content. Everything said in this blog is done with the best intentions. Suggestions, advices, and comments related with exercising, getting in shape, getting ripped abs, eating, food, nutrition, lifestyle, etc. are based on my own experiences, meaning that they all worked out on me and on my body but everyone, and of course, every human body is different so they might not work on you.

As for the places to visit in Hawaii, the statements made on this blog are coming from my own opinion and taste. There are not double intentions in terms of commissions/deals with any of the business/restaurants/companies/organizations/institutions mentioned on this blog. Again, the goals of this blog are to help people and to share information with people.

I encourage you to go through my blog and please feel free to post comments, notes and/or questions if you consider there is something you would like to know or you would like to ask – I will respond as soon as possible. I would also like you to please correct me or criticize if you see something that you don’t think is right or you just don’t like it. I absolutely take critics and corrections. And without a doubt, please don’t hesitate to add something that you would like to share so we all can learn from you. I always keep one thing in mind, when that day arrives and someone is gone, one of the things (sometimes just the only thing) that will remain for ever and will remind us of that person is the knowledge that that person shared with us.

Aloha and hope to see you around ! ! !

Flat stomach & Ripped abs - FIND THE BALANCE

In this site I will be talking about:

Different ways to work out with their different type of exercises with illustrated examples.
Different ways to enjoy a nice and healthy diet. Watching your food is sometimes hard but I will tell you a way that you will enjoy the food and at the same time you will be building a nice body figure.
Different ways to combine the two previous points: it all depends on what you are looking for, what your priorities are and how much you want to sacrifice. Once you know all that, I will help you to find the balance so you can have fun at the same time you have a healthy life building your body figure.

Keep in mind that we normal people that we have a job and responsibilities in the day to day life, we don’t much time to be watching our food and to be working out hard. Saying this, I want you to realize that our job and our day to day tasks take time and energy so it will not be easy to be consistent in all those good habits that we need to follow in order to have a nice figure. My philosophy is to find the balance and finding the balance sometimes involves to party out so be ready to rock&roll….LoL

Flat stomach & Ripped abs - RIPPED ABS

It is not only about having a ripped abs, it is also and first about having a flat stomach. A lot of people are confused about the way they work out their abs. We should start saying that we all have abs – abs are another muscle in our body that are there, but in many cases or let’s say most of the times, they are hidden behind of that layer of fat that we all have. Saying that, the best thing to do the first is to burn that fat doing cardio and watching the food. Therefore, during this first phase where you will be burning that layer of fat forget about working out the abs with exercises like crunches and similar ones. Believe or not, this first phase is the hardest part – once we have that part done, work out the muscle itself is easier and the 8 pack will show up sooner or later.

Flat stomach & Ripped abs - BEACH VOLLEY

BEACH VOLLEY BALL DAY…Great work out and the most important, so funny ! ! !

Here is one the things that I most enjoy living here in Hawaii. I started to play beach volley ball at the beginning of 2005. I found out that beach volley is such a great work out – cardio, speed and power all mixed together in this funny game. Only a couple warnings: make sure you use sun block even for those with sensible skin. The second warning goes for those like me with bad knees. Beach volley is a game where you jump (and as a consequences you land) a lot. I found out a tendonitis on my patellar tendon (right leg). It is non unusual to get this kind of injure when playing beach volley often (it is most known as jumper knee). If you decided to try to play beach volley ball and it happens that you like it so you want to keep practicing it, I would suggest you make sure you have a couple lower body work outs a week to make sure your legs’ muscle (quadriceps, hamstrings and calves) are strong enough – it will help a lot and you will feel strong on the court. Of course there are many other factors involved on this game (smartness include), but strong legs are definitely one of the main musts.
